Wynwood Grand EC Showflat
CDL has not confirmed a showflat opening or appointment schedule for Wynwood Grand, its EC on the smaller Woodlands Drive 17 site.
What buyers should know
Check that any invitation names CDL and Wynwood Grand, with a venue, date and time. At the visit, look at room sizes, storage and the finishes included, and keep eligibility, MSR and MOP questions separate from the display styling.
Venue, opening hours, entry rules and booking slots are not out. Contact Davis Ng for the showflat date; other sites mention viewings by appointment, but CDL has not confirmed them to us.
Use Registration Status for the preview notice, then read Financing and Calculators before accepting an invitation. Once CDL issues the floor plans, compare them with the price status to see which units fit your budget.
