Wynwood Grand Elevation Chart

CDL has described a proposed 14-block, eight-storey Woodlands Drive 17 EC scheme, but no official Wynwood Grand elevation chart is stored.

Decision notes

A block-level proposal does not establish stack numbers, floor-plan placement, facings or obstructions for individual homes.

Official stacking, unit-level orientation, obstruction evidence and matching floor references remain unavailable.

How unit stacking works

Blocks and stacks. A released chart identifies vertical stack numbers within each confirmed block.
Layout references. Match every stack to the corresponding official floor-plan drawing before comparing choices.
Facing and orientation. Use the marked site-plan direction rather than inferring outlook from an address.
Floor level. Check nearby structures and the confirmed elevation instead of assuming height removes obstruction.
